The Controller processes the personal data provided by the Client, including first name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, order, payment and grave details, as well as texts, images and other information submitted for the fulfilment of the order.

The data are processed in order to place and fulfil orders, communicate with the Client, administer payments and accounting, document the work carried out, handle complaints and comply with obligations laid down in legislation. The legal basis for the processing is the conclusion and performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and the protection of the Controller's legitimate interests.

Personal data may, to the extent necessary, be passed on to banks and payment service providers, to accounting, IT, hosting, delivery and other service providers or partners where this is necessary to fulfil an order, and to state authorities in the cases laid down by law.

Personal data are kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the order, to meet legal obligations and to protect the legitimate interests of the Controller. Accounting documents are kept for the periods laid down in legislation.

In the cases laid down by law, the Client has the right to request access to their data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to data processing and to exercise other rights provided for by the GDPR. The Client has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate.
