Grave layout with white marble angels, "In Loving Memory", at Skudrīte Cemetery, Rūjiena, April 2024. The overall size of the grave is 7*3 m: a large family grave with burials of several generations at Skudrīte Cemetery in Rūjiena. Black Swedish granite "Assoluto Black" was used for the grave landscaping. The base of the grave borders is also clad in polished granite on the sides to cover the concrete. The corner elements of the borders and the posts at the entrance are topped with elegant granite spheres, which complement the overall scene and give the whole composition a finished feel. Semi-enclosed grave slabs for urn burials, bearing the names of several people, have been installed in the grave. The grave slabs are adorned with white marble angel figures. The grave borders are filled with suitable white marble pebbles, while the rest of the plot is covered with grey granite chippings mixed with white marble chippings and decorative glass chippings. The decorative glass gives the surface a translucent quality and creates a sense of lightness and brightness.
