A family grave landscaping project at Kalns Cemetery in Jēkabpils in 2023. The ensemble is made of high-quality Karelian granite, and the composition brings a large grave plot together into a single whole. A new monument was created for Guntis Araks. It is made of Karelian granite – a thick granite slab with a natural rough back – genuine stone that will preserve the memory for centuries. An arch for a large granite candle holder is set into the side of the monument, as if the light from the gravestone radiates love all around, and above all to the loved ones who have honourably kept the memory of the departed. The memorial ensemble uses separate grave borders, partly closed with covering surfaces.
