What basic cleaning includes
The service includes
- Collecting rubbish, leaves, branches and old flowers
- Light surface weeding of a small amount of weeds
- Raking the area
- Wiping down the monument and other elements of the grave
- Trimming the tips of shrubs (without shaping or loosening the root system)
- Tidying the overall look of the grave
- Removing the rubbish
- Photo report once the work is completed
Not included in the service
- Deep digging over of the soil and weeding
- Levelling the plot
- Removing moss and stubborn dirt with professional cleaning products
- Shaping shrubs and loosening the soil around their roots
- Replanting plants
- Renewing the sand or topsoil layer and other restoration work

Within 30 days
Cleaning is carried out within 30 days of receipt of payment.
Photo and video report
Once the work is complete, the client is sent a photo and video report.
First, we get in touch with you
If, on arriving at the grave, we find that its actual condition does not meet the conditions for basic cleaning and that thorough cleaning or additional work is needed, we contact the client before starting work and agree on how to proceed.
€30 for the visit and inspection
If the actual condition of the grave does not match the type of cleaning chosen and the work ordered cannot be carried out within the chosen service, but the client does not agree to pay extra for the necessary additional work or a different type of cleaning, a charge of €30 is made for the visit and inspection of the grave, which is deducted from the amount paid.
